2023 Year-End Conference & 2024 New Year Gala

In January 2024, TPK Lighting hosted its grand annual year-end celebration, bringing together over 100 core team members from our R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and international sales departments. The 2023 Year-End Summary Conference, followed by a warm and lively New Year Gala, served as both a retrospective of our manufacturing achievements in 2023 and a strategic launchpad for our global supply goals in 2024.

Reflecting on the Past, Planning for the Future

The year-end summary meeting was held in our headquarters' primary conference room, where all department heads delivered comprehensive operational reports. They reviewed 2023 business performance across our core sectors—including LED outdoor lighting manufacturing, large-scale domestic engineering (architectural facades and bridge lighting), and our rapidly expanding overseas product sales.

Each report included an honest analysis of production capacity, supply chain challenges, and quality control metrics. Clear objectives and actionable manufacturing plans for 2024 were established, meticulously aligned with global architectural lighting trends and TPK Lighting's long-term commitment to being a premier international supplier.

As a key highlight of the conference, our international marketing and sales directors formally signed the 2024 sales target commitment. This document represents our strong determination to pursue new global growth, expand market share, and deliver unparalleled lighting solutions to our overseas partners in the coming year.

As night fell, the corporate square was transformed into a festive gathering space for the New Year Gala. Employees attended with their families, enjoying a catered dinner together in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. Voluntary performances organized by various production and administrative departments brought immense energy and fun to the event, showcasing the vibrant spirit of the TPK Lighting workforce.

To elevate the celebration, our board of directors generously sponsored bonus funds for a lucky draw, which turned into the most exciting highlight of the evening. The presence of family members added an extra layer of warmth, reinforcing the unity that drives our factory's daily operations.
